St. Edward's University is open to the Austin community, offering low-cost counseling services, and have the ability to work with you if cost is an issue. Call 512-428-1242 to become a client, or visit the link above for more information. 

Integral Care offers a variety of services, both in crisis and non-crisis scenarios. For Crisis Services, call 512-472-HELP (4357), selecting option 1 for mental health crisis support. For Non Crisis Services, call 512-472-HELP (4357), Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM, or visit the link above for more information. 

The 988 Lifeline Chat and Text is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To text with a crisis counselor, send a text to 988 from your phone, or visit the link above to chat on the web, or in Spanish. 

Lone Star Circle of Care offers behavioral health services for patients of all ages, typically 4 and up. They can provide access to psychiatrists, psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners, and psychotherapists.
